(No yoga mat needed) Take a short break from your work to re-energize, renew your focus + open up your body. We’ll do some simple breathwork to become present + ease anxiety. We’ll wake up the legs + open up the areas that get stiff when seated for a long time at our desks - shoulders, chest, back, hips and neck. What does that mean "standing on railroad tracks" ????
It means to stand on two parallel lines like railroad tracks (rather than standing on a tightrope, with both feet in in the same line).
